Jessica L. Dontje

Jessica Dontje serves as Executive Assistant to Jim McGlone and Business Manager at KOM Wealth Management, bringing over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has led complex transitions, managed multi-advisor onboarding processes, and developed operational programs that have improved efficiency across multiple firms. Her expertise spans business administration, project management, and client relationship development, making her a vital contributor to the firm’s strategic and service-oriented goals.

In addition to her role at KOM, Jessica is a partner—alongside her husband and a family friend—at JT’s Custom Cycle & Repair, where she dedicates much of her personal time to supporting the business operations and marketing. She is also actively involved in local charitable organizations, reflecting her strong commitment to giving back and supporting the community.

Jessica resides in Shiocton, Wisconsin, with her husband, Jamie, their cat, Lucy, and their dog, Bella. Together, they enjoy traveling by motorcycle and embracing the open road whenever possible.
